Privacy Policy
Relic AI ("we", "us") is an iOS application operated by Efe Gumus.
What we collect
- Account identifier — your Apple user ID (or private relay email) created when you sign in with Apple. We never see your real name unless you choose to provide it.
- Generated content — the videos you create and the story prompts used to generate them.
- Credit balance — your current credit balance and transaction history (top-ups and deductions).
- Device metadata — device type and OS version, collected only for crash diagnosis.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, location, browsing history, microphone or camera input, or any data unrelated to operating the service.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to:
- Authenticate your account
- Process video generation jobs
- Maintain and display your credit balance
- Store and retrieve your generated videos
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Generated videos are stored for 30 days via signed URLs; locally downloaded videos remain on your device until you delete them.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@relicai.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
Relic AI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
